Jaimee Wright is an emerging artist from Broome, Yawuru Djugun country. Her art practice draws upon her Kimberley upbringing to explore connection to place and investigate the experiences of living regionally.
In her first solo exhibition, Jaimee Wright showcases a collection of work. Scenes of glowing skies, moonrises, termite mounds and red earth drift across the surface, revealing memories of traversing the Northwest since childhood.
